  • Flown in aircraft as small as a Bulldog trainer to as large as a VC10 Tanker
  • Attended a weeks annual camp at in the UK and  abroad
  • Flown in Viking high performance gliders and Puma troop transport helicopters
  • Skied in Scotland and Bavaria
  • Learned to camp and walked by day and by night
  • Climbed mountains, canoed in Welsh rivers and lakes
  • Shot small and full bore rifles
  • Attempted Army assault courses
